Across my career, I’ve designed at scale in startups, global finance, and government - delivering products and services that span digital and non-digital touchpoints. I specialise in mapping complex journeys, simplifying systems, and shaping intuitive, accessible experiences that meet real needs.
I’ve taken on both practitioner and leadership roles, and bring end-to-end experience across the full design lifecycle – from research and discovery through to prototyping, testing, and iteration. I'm always exploring new tools and smarter ways of working. My blend of craft and strategy helps me align stakeholders, deliver cohesive journeys, and create outcomes that make a meaningful difference.
